A painted oval half-length portrait of a young woman, head facing slightly right, gazing to the right, with brown hair dressed up, with blue bows and pearls, a plait falling over her left shoulder. She wears a blue ribbon choker and a blue silk dress, with decolletage trimmed at the neck and bodice front with white knotted lace and pearls, and a blue rosette at her bosom. An embroidered shawl of black and white falls across her right shoulder and behind her. Lyme Park, Cheshire (Accredited Museum)
