MALAYSIAN STUDENTS WALK THROUGH BIGGEST SAND ART IN CYBERJAYA, 2003-05-27 (photo)

Students from a boarding school walk through their newly completed sand art at their school playground in Cyberjaya, 40 kilometres (24 miles) south of Kuala Lumpur, May 27, 2003. Some 139 grade four students of Seri Puteri school spent two days and two nights using two truck loads of sand to create a two-basketball size sand art, to surprise their teachers in conjunction with the Teachers Day celebration. The students chose sand to symbolises the countless knowledge their teachers had given. The creation has been awarded the biggest sand art by the Malaysia Book of Records.
