A curious scene. While Vicere Graziani's car, on inspection, was passing through the Sidamo region, three indigenous amharas who had belonged to rebellious armed gangs, and who now lived miserably in the woods, are presented half-naked on the track, bearing a large stone in the head as a sign of obedience. Do not eat, do not sleep, always afraid that Sidamo will open his stomach, said the three men, who, begging for mercy, asked Marshal Graziani to be able to serve Italy as ascari.
