The United Nations Security Council votes unanimously to approve using Iraqi oil revenues to purchase food and medicine, in a bid to avert humanitarian crisis during the war, in New York March 28, 2003. The Council on Friday voted unanimously to tap billions of dollars in Iraqi oil revenues to purchase food and medicine for Iraq's people who face a possible humanitarian crisis in the war.
