Boxing, Benny Lynch v Small Montana. Glasgow born Benny Lynch, almost unknown five years ago, is now undisputed world champion of the flyweight division. Early gave promise and soon annexed Scottish championship. Then set out for world crown which he took from Jackie Brown, of Manchester. Small Montana, America's claimant for the honours, fell this year to Lynch. Possessor of a powerful punch the Scot has here sent Montana to the ropes with his left. Illustration for Photocard issued by Ardath Tobacco in c.1936.
