Reynoldstown, Mr F Walwyn up. Reynoldstown, the famous jumper, is seen here being ridden by Mr F Walwyn. Owned and trained by Major N Furlong, Reynoldstown won the Grand National in 1935 and again in 1936, giving a really brilliant exhibition of jumping on each occasion. In the 1935 race he was ridden by Mr Frank Furlong, son of the owner, and in 1936 by Mr F Walwyn. Reynoldstown, who is by My Prince out of Fromage, is the only horse this century to win the Grand National two years in succession. Illustration for Photocard issued by Ardath Tobacco in c.1936.
