Patrons arrive at the Ponderosa Steakhouse restaurant on October 22, 2002, where 37-year-old man was shot outside the steakhouse on October 19. Authorities have linked the shooting to the sniper slayings in the greater Washington area. 35-year old Conrad Johnson, a local bus driver, was shot and killed earlier in the day in an incident that has not been connected to the sniper shooting at this time.
