Whole artwork view. White headline over an eighteenth century map of the Hradcany district in Praga, with caption Composition/Design (Composizione/Progettazione) written in black on the bottom; the map reproduces the building by showing their front view overturned on the ground while the religious building of the dome is given by its plan view; on the upper part is thus occupied by the Royal Gardens (Kralovska zahrada), and by their three lined rotunda, which are divided from the bottom by a little stream (the Brusnice, a Vltava tributary), dotted with trees; below, linked by a thin bridge on the left, one sees the squares and the yards of the Castle district, with the five naves plan of St. Vitus Cathedral that stands out in the middle; down in the bottom edge is the sketch of a knight riding among little hills, preceded by his own dog.
