A man looks at a pamphlet thrown by NATO planes in Belgrade April 16 that reads: "During the previous weeks Serbian army and police force, under direct orders of Slobodan Milosevic, have cleansed villages and tows in Kosovo, they have set on fire or destroyed thousands of houses. Heads of families have been separated from their families and shot dead. There is a fear that thousands of innocent people have been killed. Hundreds of thousands are fleaing in order to escape persecution organised by Milosevic. Do not alow missdirected patriotism to align you with his evil deads.
