The Russian is Captain nikdai Khoklov, aged 31, of the MVD, the Soviet's secret police.He appeared at a crowded Press conference in Bonn called by the U.S. High Commissioner, Mr. James b. Conant. Khoklov told not only of the assasination plot but details of the murder of Leon Trotsky in Mexico.The two East Germans were named Hans koruwicz and Kurt Weber. They are in protective custody.
