An eight years old boy, Bishwanatha Das, eats bread given by Indian soilders after four days without food near one of the cyclone affected coastal village of Ajimpur in India's Orissa state November 2. No official death toll or assessment of damage was yet available as communication links were still down in many areas. But media reports said thousands may have been killed and millions left homeless in the cyclone in Orissa, whose coast was hammered by a prolonged storm packing winds of up to 260 km (160 miles) per hour on Friday and Saturday.
