Members of the Chilean protest group Families of the Detained and Disappeared hold onto pictures of people allegedley disappeared during the dictatorship during an anti-Pinochet protest in downtown Santiago, November 24. A panel of law lords, Britain's highest legal authority, will rule on November 25 whether former leader Gen. Augusto Pinochet is entitled to immunity from arrest as a former head of state, or whether he can be extradited to one of several European states queuing up to try him for human rights abuses during his 17-year rule. Pinochet was arrested at the request of a Spanish judge on October 16 while in London for medical treatment. The headline on the pictures read:"Where are they. CD/SV/JDP
