Four Power Agreement on Berlin: Western allied forces inform Klaus Schütz about talks

Ambassadors of the Western allied forces Sir Roger Jackling (Great Britain, l), Kenneth Rush (USA, 2nd of right) and Jean Sauvagnargues (France, l) inform mayor of Berlin Klaus Schütz (2nd of left) about the talks of the four allied forces on Berlin on the 29th of June in 1970 in the residence of the US ambassador in Berlin-Dahlem. \nRepresentatives of the four allied forces met again to sort out open questions on Berlin. \nMain topics were the status, the security and access ways of West Berlin, as well as general facilitation for the citizens of West Berlin. \nResulting from the talks, the Four Power Agreement came into effect by the signing of the Four Power final log on the 3rd of June in 1972.
