May 05, 1954 - Russian cargo ship prepares to leave London but is” arrested” expelled diplomats may be aboard.: The Russian passenger cargo ship” Helogstrov” which arrived at the Surrey Commercial Docks earlier this week prepared to leave again today with aboard it is thought the two Russian Attachments who have been” Expelled” for Spying. The vessel was” Arrested” by an Admiralty Marshal's Officers who went aboard and fixed a warrant to the ship's mast. It was issued on behalf of the Owners of the Dutch steamer” Marvic” (500 tons) in respect of damage in a collision with the Russian ship in Kiel Canal in Oct 1952
