Nov. 11, 1953 - Still Warm At Zero Degree Centigrade: London models Joan Burgess and Dorothy Bramhall, who are acting as” guinea pigs” in exhaustive tests being carried out by Astraka, London, on the first prototype Tarylane simulation far coats, visited the food storage cold room of the Park Lane Hotel, London, to check warmth. After staying in it for a period they reported “perfectly warm, apart from our faces and legs”.
