Image description

In 1920, the NSDAP succeeded the German Workers' Party. This poster advertises speakers for both parties, Dr. Johannes Dingfelder for the DAP with the theme "What we need!" and Adolf Hitler for the NSDAP with the theme "The Truth. On the "Violent Peace of Best-Litovsk" and the so-called "Peace of Reconciliation and Understanding of Versaille." Clearly evident was the revisionist approach of the speakers. The venue was the Munich Hofbräuhaus at the Platzl. In the course of this event, the renaming of the DAp to NSDAP was announced on 24.02.1920.
