Image description

Fort Susquehannock was located south from the Great Lake region. There was one known fort of the Susquehannock located on the Western Shore of Maryland, however it is not certain that it is the one on the picture presented. The Susquehannock tribe was Iroquoian-speaking but did not belong to the Iroquois Confederacy. The tribe resided in Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.
