Hypnosis Theft (Colour Litho)

Hypnosis theft. In Rho (Milan) two young Gypsies knock on Mr. FZ's front door, offer him to read his hand and when he refuses him they end up asking him for food. The gentleman is moved, he lets them in. Later, when the girls, after satiating their hunger, are gone, the good man discovers that a drawer lacks 25,000 lire in cash. He can't explain what happened because he had never left them alone. The riddle would be explained in this way, while one of them hypnotized him, the other had been rummaging through the furniture in search of money. Illustration for Courier Sunday, 12 January 1958.
