Historiated miniature of Agnes enthroned flanked by two musician angels, below (left) the saint's statue holding out its finger to receive an emerald ring from Paulinus, a priest of the church of Saint Agnes who wished to be allowed to marry, and (right) Agnes appearing to relatives maintaining a vigil besides her tomb. Historiated full-page border in colours and gold, of foliage and birds with three medallions in the lower margin containing two scenes of Agnes surviving being thrown into flames at the order of Aspasius and a male and female member of the Compagnia di Sant'Agnese kneeling in prayer. Beneath the miniature is a single four-line red stave, musical notation and a single line of text in gold capitals 'Sancta Agnese da dio'.
