Image description

Ryan Patrick Bachand, a Toy Fair presenter for Tiger Electronics learns to assemble a "WonderBorg" robot toy, February 8, 2001. The toy is one of an explosion of robatic toys from many manufacturers that use infrared technology and small computer chips. The "WongerBorg" comes in a kit and can be assembled with different legs and body combinations. In addition the toy can be programmed through a PC with the included CD-ROM software and infrared port and should retail for just under $100. Tiger is readying their showroom for the American International Toy Fair which opens in New York February 11 for a week in which toy retailers search for new products to sell. RFS/ME
