Workers handle goods at the old air cargo terminal at Kai Tak in Hong Kong July 10, after its operations were forced to move back to the old airport premises because of computer problems at the new airport at Chep Lap Kok. Hong Kong's main air cargo operator, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd (HACTL), halted imports and exports for eight days on Friday, stalling millions of dollars in trade, because of chaos at the territory's brand new airport, which opened on Monday.
