Assouade (Donkey Tower) and Soufflacul (Soufflaculs, Soflaculs) - Traditional folk festival (masquerade) during which a cuckold husband roams the streets of the city, riding backwards on a donkey. Around him, the young people of the town of Grimes and disguises form a farandole and blow in the ass with a bellows.
