Artist: Pietro Vannucci called Perugino Tezi Altarpiece: Madonna with the Child Jesus, Saint Nicholas of Tolentino, Saint Bernard of Siena, St. Jerome and San Sebastian. The painting was executed with the collaboration of Eusebio da San Giorgio (c. 1478-after 1535 in Perugia) who was a pupil of Fiorenzo di Lorenzo. This altarpiece was intended for the chapel of Angelo Tezi in the church of Sant'Agostino in Perugia
