Siu Thiuh, 22, one of 15 ethnic minority villagers repatriated from a refugee camp in Cambodia this week under a controversial U.N.-sponsored plan speaks to reporters in Xa Ya Xier commune, in Vietnam's Central Highlands, February 21, 2002. He said he fled because he feared a crackdown on Protestants and returned on the advice of the U.N. refugee agency, which has been criticised by the United States and rights groups for implementing the repatriation without guarantees that it can make followup visits to returnees.
