Chechen police place the body recovered from the rubble on stretchers, October 11, 2002, after the explosion ripped through the building of the Zavodskoy Interior Department in Grozny, late on Thursday."Twenty two people died in the explosion and 15 were wounded. Eight of the wounded were hospitalized, and the condition of four of them is regarded as grave," the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry told Interfax on Friday.
