Oslo 1951 the wage settlement The three in the background are from v. Lo's chairman, Konrad Nordahl, national broker Henrik Lundh and the chairman of the employer association, director Chr. Erlandsen. The national organization and the employer association were unable to negotiate agreement this time. The prime minister found that there was no basis for presenting a proposal that both parties could accept.
