Oslo January 1949. The internationally well-known artist Mr. Tay-Ru, his real name is Rudolph Taible and he is Austrian, performs at the "Rainbow" in Oslo. His specialty is to stand on a finger while loosening a scarf that is tied around each ankle. Here the number he considers his most difficult exercise. On a bullet he puts two champagne bottles with the bottlenecks against each other. He stands on one hand on top of it all while maneuvering five rings - one around each ankle, two on his left hand and one in his mouth - so they rotate.
