Tjøme 1952. Television has finally come to Norway. At the manager Einar Axselsen at Tjøme Radio, one of the country's first television recipient was in swing. It was only for Axelsen and twisting on the knobs so it flowed with British television programs. The Russian television broadcasts also applied. Only short moments at a time a few minutes or maybe just seconds, the broadcast has come in and created life on the screen, often with unclear and flickering image. This characteristic antenna in the garden of outside Axselsen's house reveals that here we find one of Norway's outermost television recipients.
