from 18th dynasty Grape harvest and wine making (upper register): two men harvesting grapes. One of the men has grey hair. Harvested grapes are placed in a white stone press where they are treaded by five men. Man collects juice outside press where it is placed in earthenware jars. Bird capture and removal of the plumage. ( Lower register). Hexagonal net used to capture birds in the papyrus swamp by three men. The lookout ,half hidden, from behind the papyrus background, signasl to the three men to pull on the rope, to close the large net. Two men pluck feathers of previously captured birds. In unseen part of this illustration these are given as offerings to Nakht and Tawi / Tawy his wife. ( Theban Tomb of Nakht TT52 located in Sheikh Abd el-Qurna, part of the Theban Necropolis, on West Bank of the Nile, opposite Luxor) . Nakht - scribe who held the title 'Astronomer of Amun' or 'Observer of the Hours in reign of Thutmose IV/ Thutmosis / Tuthmosis IV Die Blutenzeit des Pharaonenreiches by Steindorff 1900
