Image description: Creator: David Watkin Waters A starboard side view, taken from abaft the beam, of the Fairey Swordfish I torpedo bomber reconnaissance biplane aircraft K8386, coded 945, of 824 Squadron Fleet Air Arm, parked on Kai Tak airfield, Hong Kong with other 824 Squadron aircraft. K8386 was delivered to the Fleet Air Arm 30 November 1936 and was issued to 824 Squadron in January 1937. 824 Squadron disembarked from the aircraft carrier Eagle (1918) to Kai Tak between 6 May and 28 May, 19 October and 4 November and 5 November to 30 November 1937.
